Often projects will not comply with the Prescriptive Path of APS MEEP due to electric resistance heating, lack of podium insulation, high window-to-floor area ratios, etc. But that doesn’t mean your project is left out. We can offer an alternative means to achieving rebates by looking at the project’s overall efficiency.
We can also value engineer your project to achieve the highest rebate level with the lowest upfront cost.
In addition to your rebates, our inspections deliver additional quality assurance that will reduce the risk of comfort complaints from the tenants.

In early 2016, HUD announced that significant mortgage insurance premium (MIP) rate reductions will be available, effective April 1, 2016, for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured multifamily loans secured by buildings that attain NGBS Green certification.
